Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. During busy periods (bank holidays, sales, restocks) this may extend slightly  we'll email you if there's a delay.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

• United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): 1–2 business days
• European Union: 3–5 business days
• Rest of world: 3–5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination:

• United Kingdom: £6.99
• European Union: £14.99
• Rest of world: £23.99

Tracking

Every order is sent with a tracked service. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and internationally worldwide.

Bundles & Weight

Our clothing bundles (5kg and 10kg) are sent as a single parcel. Because of their weight, they're shipped via courier rather than standard letterbox post  this is reflected in the delivery timeframes above.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@resellerbundles.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and get it sorted.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
